What are Boccela's Shipping & Delivery Options?
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Free Shipping on all orders for Boccela’s Members.
- Free Shipping in the United States for orders of $150 or more for non Boccela’s Members.
- At the moment we only offer a Flat Rate shipping option.
- The shipping rate for every order is shown on the cart page, and also the check out page.
- The approximate delivery time is 7-10 business days, after order fulfillment. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your product.
- Order fulfillment time is about 2-7 business days. We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
- The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
- Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. You can see the final shipping costs during the checkout.
FAQs
Why Only a Flat Rate Shipping?
We decided to take the benefits of ground-only shipping and make it available for everyone. Why? Because, on average, ground-only shipping is less carbon-intensive than air freight shipping. Also this gives our teams a little extra time to prepare your order and get it out the door. We’ll still provide an estimated delivery date during checkout, so you’ll know when to expect your order. On rare occasions, there may be some operational delays due to holidays, product availability, and/or delivery company
