How long is your processing time?
Our processing time is about 2-7 business days after payment, but generally about 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Then you should add shipping times on top of processing time depending on the shipping service of your choice.
Downloadable Items are available for download after the customer makes the payment on our website. The customer can download the purchased item in 3 ways: 1- After payment is accepted you will be provided with the download link. 2- You will be receiving an email with the invoice of you purchase, and with the download link. 3- You can go to (My Account) from our menu bar, and download all your downloadable items that you purchased on our website.

When you buy from our online store, we provide you with 15 days to take your Boccela item, confidently knowing you can return any item, for any reason within 15 days, after you received your item. That even includes custom Boccela designed by you. No questions asked, and no shipping costs for Boccela members. And after 15 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.
